My sister Amanda and her two boys came for a visit before returning to California for Christmas. We spent the evening trying to make a gingerbread house but it kept falling apart. So the boys had a fun time just eating the candy. We had a great time visiting with them and were very sad to see them go.

We had a great Christmas with family and friends. We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning at home. We had our friends Annie and Shane over Christmas Eve for dinner and to decorate cookies. We had a great time with them and Harrison loved the cookies. We started a tradition of opening a present on Christmas Eve that contains new pj's, a Christmas movie and a Christmas book, popcorn, hot chocolate and marshmallows. That's how we spent the rest of the evening too. It was lots of fun for Harrison. By the end of the night he was ready for bed.
Christmas morning was so fun! Harrison was so excited about everything he opened and especially his new garage from Santa.
Later that morning we went to Grandma and Grandad's house. We were able to see Uncle Pete and Aunt Sarah and there dog Piper. Harrison really loved Piper and had fun throwing her a ball and clapping for her when she got it.
After visiting for a few days with Josh's family, we headed down to Teays Valley to see mine. We had a great visit with Jessica, Mike and their kids, my parents, and Katie and Dave. Sadly I didn't take any pictures but oh well. We made it back home for New Year's Eve and spent the evening playing games with Nana.
We had a great holiday and both Harrison and I were really sad when Josh had to go back to work. It was really nice having him home all day for a week and I look forward to when he has summer's off in the very distant future.
This post is really long so I'll do another one later today. Hopefully. . .
